The journal Misión Jurídica is a biannual scientific publication aimed at the international academic community, specializing in Law and Social Sciences. It publishes original scientific articles in Spanish, Portuguese, English, French, and Italian. Its objective is to make visible the results of legal and socio-legal research conducted by national and international researchers, according to standardized publication parameters, which contribute to and impact the global debate in these fields. Articles are subject to anonymous peer evaluation by specialized academic reviewers, adhering to the requirements of scientific journal indexing systems.
By submitting their work to the journal, authors accept and authorize the editing, publication, reproduction, distribution, and public communication of their work both in print and digital formats, for scientific, dissemination, and non-profit purposes. Authors retain the copyright to their work, authorizing the reproduction of their documents in other printed and/or electronic media, with the mandatory explicit acknowledgment of the author’s work in the Misión Jurídica journal.
